Welcome to Baby and Me, where moms, dads and babies are welcomed in a warm, loving environment to further enhance their bonding experience.
Baby massage is recognised worldwide, and is a simple, yet effective activity to do with your baby from birth onwards. At Baby and Me, we follow the guidelines from the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) ensuring the classes are given with clear, easy-to-follow instructions demonstrated by qualified and knowledgeable instructors.
Please be advised, the course runs over a 5 week period, with one class of approximately 90 minutes, per week. During each class, you will be taught the correct massage techniques for each different body part. Massage oil will be provided for each participant, and light refreshments provided.
Baby massage is offered for babies 0-12 months of age, with the ideal ages being from 4 weeks up until crawling phase. Massage can still be done with mobile babies, adaptions will be made for them!
The cost of the 5 week course is €150. A 50% deposit is required at least 1 week before the course begins, and the remaining 50% to be paid at the first class. If you are unable to attend one of the classes during the 5 weeks, the class will be made up to you, at a time and place that is suitable to the instructor.
